Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy


If you're an adult with ADHD interested in exploring strategies for managing ADHD, executive function or the effects of mental health conditions, we can guide you towards a techniques and strategies that work best for you. Meet Erin to learn more her experience, skills and expertise in supporting adults with ADHD lead more fulfilling lives. Note that services are offered to adults only at this time.


If you're seeking support to better manage anxiety, depression or trauma, Erin will work to develop real

world techniques to improve your function at home, work, school or relationships. This includes coping strategies, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns and building emotional resilience. Visit our About page to learn more. 

Mind and Body

At the ADHD OT, we believe that holistic care is an important part of achieving balance. We have added our mindfulness expert Danielle to the team. Danielle is able to offer in-person or virtual mindfulness coaching, yoga and reiki. 


During your yoga session, you can expect a personalized and transformative experience tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions are offered both virtually and in-person. Meet Danielle to learn more. 


With gentle guidance you will learn to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment, meeting life challenges with compassion and  awareness. Meet Danielle​ to learn more. 

We are excited to offer an in-person seminar on ADHD and the adult brain in partnership with the Beetle & Bear network.

Erin will be hosting a one hour seminar on June 1st from 10:00am - 11:00am on the brain, nervous system and executive function related to ADHD, with introduction of coping strategies for adults. This seminar is recommended for adults who are curious about the impacts of stress on executive function and developing fundamental coping strategies. This seminar is not recommended for current clients. If you would like to register, please follow the QR code above to the registration page. Cost is $10-$20, pay what you can, cash at the door. Attendance will be capped at 18 people.
