Our Services
At ADHD OT, we offer consultation services or occupational therapists as well as occupational therapy for adults navigating ADHD and mental health concerns.
Occupational Therapy for ADHD & Mental Health
I offer occupational therapy services for adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, mental health concerns, and nervous system regulation, grounded in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and relational approach.
My work is rooted in the belief that challenges with attention, emotional regulation, motivation, organization, and daily functioning are not personal failings, but reflections of how our nervous systems adapt to lived experiences, environments, and expectations. Together, we explore ways to support your unique way of thinking, feeling, and moving through the world — with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Therapy is collaborative and individualized, and may include:
Understanding your nervous system and how it shapes daily life
Supporting emotional regulation, energy management, and burnout recovery
Exploring executive functioning in ways that honour your strengths
Developing practical strategies that feel sustainable rather than rigid
Building self-trust, agency, and self-compassion

Sessions offer a safe, affirming space where your experiences are validated and your autonomy is honoured. Whether you are newly diagnosed, self-identified, or simply curious about your inner experience, you are welcome here.
My goal is to support you in cultivating greater ease, clarity, and self-understanding, so that daily life can feel more aligned, meaningful, and manageable.
Consultation Services for Occupational Therapists
I offer consultation services for occupational therapists who are either new to the profession or who would benefit from clinical support when working with clients with ADHD and related executive functioning differences.
Many skilled OTs find themselves supporting clients with ADHD without having had formal training, mentorship, or extensive experience in this area. My consultation services are designed to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space to explore assessment, formulation, intervention planning, and therapeutic process — with a particular focus on neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.
Consultation may be helpful if you are:
New to occupational therapy and seeking clinical mentorship
Working with clients with ADHD and want greater confidence in assessment and intervention
Navigating complex cases involving emotional regulation, executive functioning, identity, burnout, or nervous system regulation
Looking to deepen your understanding of ADHD through a relational, strengths-based lens

Sessions are tailored to your specific clinical questions and may include case discussion, treatment planning, resource sharing, and reflective practice. My goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space that fosters clarity, confidence, and clinical growth.
If you’re interested in consultation or would like to explore whether this service would be a good fit, I welcome you to get in touch.
