At the ADHD OT, we believe that holistic care is an important part of achieving balance. Not only do we provide occupational therapy and psychotherapy, we offer in-person or virtual mindfulness coaching, yoga and reiki.

If you're an adult with ADHD interested in exploring strategies for managing ADHD, executive function or the effects of mental health conditions, we can guide you towards techniques and strategies that work best for you. For Mental Health

If you're seeking support to better manage anxiety, depression or trauma, Erin will work to develop real

Private Yoga Session
