At ADHD OT, we believe that holistic care is an important part of achieving balance. Not only do we provide virtual occupational therapy and psychotherapy, we offer in-person or virtual mindfulness coaching, yoga and reiki. 

Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy

For ADHD

If you're an adult with ADHD interested in exploring strategies for managing ADHD, executive function or the effects of mental health conditions, we can guide you towards techniques and strategies that work best for you. For Mental Health

If you're seeking support to better manage anxiety, depression or trauma, Erin will work to develop real

world techniques to improve your function at home, work, school or relationships. This includes coping strategies, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns and building emotional resilience. Visit our About OT page to learn more. 

Mind and Body

Private Yoga Session

Mindfulness Coaching
