Mind and Body

At the ADHD OT, we believe that holistic care is an important part of achieving balance. We have added our mindfulness expert Danielle, to the team. Danielle is able to offer in-person or virtual mindfulness coaching, yoga and reiki. 


During your yoga session, you can expect a personalized and transformative experience tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions are offered both virtually and in-person. Meet Danielle to learn more.
